Information you give us

When you register interest for the Day Session, Night Session or our mailing list we collect your name, email address, date of birth and postcode. We use it to contact you about Howlin' events, tickets and announcements. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, subject and message so we can reply.

Advertising measurement

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It records page views and when a signup form is completed, and shares your device and browsing activity on this site — including cookie identifiers and IP address — with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. We use it to measure and optimise our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. We do not send Meta your name, email, date of birth or postcode.

Your choices

In the UK, EEA and Switzerland these advertising cookies only run if you accept them on the banner shown when you first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie link in the footer, and the change applies immediately. Elsewhere this measurement is on by default, and we honour applicable opt-out signals. You can also limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

To ask for a copy of your details, correct them, or have them removed from our lists, email info@howlin.country.

Keeping your data

Signup and contact details are stored securely and kept only while they are needed for the events you asked about, or until you ask us to remove them.
